Measurement Note (per spec sheet): All measurements are flat-laid in CM. Chest and hem circumference measurements are 1/2 of the full circumference — multiply by 2 to get the full circumference. There is approximately a 1-2 cm tolerance range due to individual measurement habits. Shrinkage note: the rayon / spandex fabric may have minor shrinkage after washing — size up for chunkier builds per the spec sheet.

All dyes and materials meet eco-friendly standards during production.
What is the MOQ, lead time and sample policy?
Ready stock: MOQ Typically from 1,000 pcs per style and color for existing styles and existing print programs, ready-to-ship within 48 hours from confirmed payment. Custom OEM: MOQ quoted per colour or artwork — stock-fabric programs with from 2 pcs on selected in-stock styles, colors and sizes; fully custom dyed fabric: MOQ is confirmed after reviewing fabric composition, GSM, yarn count, size range, artwork, print method, construction and other customization requirements. Lead time ~25 days from artwork sign-off for new colours and ~45-55 days for fully custom dyed fabric. Samples: sample yardage (a finished stock piece + spec sheet) is available at nominal cost, refunded against the bulk order; full custom prototype samples take ~10-15 days and incur a small lab-dip fee.
Do you support OEM / private label and custom artwork?
Yes. We support OEM, ODM and private label. Custom color development on the rayon base, woven labels, heat-transfer logo, custom care tags and branded retail-ready polybag are all available. We also accept client-supplied artwork for any print placement on the seamless body. For exclusive character IP artwork, an NDA and a per-design fee may apply — share your target character / IP timeline and we will confirm feasibility.
What compliance documentation do you provide?
For every shipment we provide: commercial invoice and packing list; Certificate of Origin (Form A / E / F per destination); GB 31701 Class A test report per fabric batch; CPC documentation (Children’s Product Certificate) for the US market (third-party lab 1693); AZO-Free test report; care label compliance; and on request third-party inspection reports from TÜV SÜD, SGS or Intertek before shipment.
What does the spec sheet note about shrinkage and care?
The rayon / spandex fabric may have minor shrinkage after washing — size up for chunkier builds per the supplier’s note. Machine wash cold at 30°C / 86°F or below; we recommend washing inside out to preserve the seamless finish and color. Avoid high-temperature washing and high-heat tumble drying to preserve fabric softness and shape over time. These care notes can be applied as a standard heat-transfer care label on the inside back neck for OEM partners.
