Choosing a children’s underwear manufacturer is a trust decision before it is a purchasing decision. This page lays out, without spin, what we hold, how we control quality, what we can build, and the documentation we can share. Where we are still working toward a standard, we say so plainly.

Certifications & compliance
Children’s skin-contact garments carry the strictest requirements in apparel. We keep certification at the centre of production rather than treating it as a final-step add-on.

We are deliberately careful with wording: OEKO-TEX Standard 100 is in progress, not certified, and we will say so in every conversation until it is completed.
Quality management system
Consistency is what protects your brand batch after batch. Our quality control runs in three documented stages:
- Incoming fabric inspection — fibre, GSM, and colour are checked against the approved spec before cutting.
- In-process QC — seams, elastics, and tag-free finishing are checked during the run, not only at the end.
- Final inspection (AQL) — finished goods are audited to an agreed AQL level before packing.
For children’s products we add per-order testing scope discussed during development, so compliance evidence is planned into the BOM instead of discovered at the border. The exact testing per colour and fabric is confirmed in the development review.

Manufacturing capabilities
We support the full control gradient a private-label brand is likely to need:
- OEM, ODM, and private label under one roof.
- Graded patterns built to EU, US, and Asian size standards.
- MOQ of 100 pieces per item per colour, with flexible sampling.
- Seamless knitting for one-piece, tag-free children’s bodies.
- Custom dyeing to Pantone and custom labelling and packaging.
The pattern is the contract behind every garment: once a graded pattern is approved, it becomes the reference that protects fit and consistency across reorders.

Documentation available on request
Buyers should be able to verify, not just trust. Depending on the program and market, the following can be made available on request:
- Test reports coordinated through SGS, TÜV SÜD, or Intertek.
- Factory and process documentation to support your audit.
- Material and compliance records that back the BOM.
Honest note: availability depends on the specific style, fabric, and target market. We will tell you exactly which documents apply to your program rather than promising a fixed bundle that may not fit your case.
Protecting your IP
- NDA on request before we review a confidential brief or sample.
- Exclusive styles are not resold to competing brands once approved as your pattern.
- Your tech pack stays yours — we do not republish a client’s proprietary design.
A note on claims we do not make
We would rather be precise than impressive. Specifically, we do not claim:
- OEKO-TEX certification while it is still in progress.
- “Antibacterial” or “hypoallergenic” performance without supporting test evidence.
- That we issue a market’s legal compliance certificate — that responsibility sits with the brand importer, and we support it with manufacturing and testing records.
This discipline is the same reason B2B buyers trust a manufacturer over a catalogue: the claims survive verification.
