Key construction details: the center seam is reinforced with a flat-felled stitch for durability; the waistband is 18-22mm elastic encased in a jersey fold; the leg opening has a single-needle coverstitch for stretch without curling; the fly panel is self-fabric with a 2cm overlap. The main fabric is 95% combed cotton / 5% spandex in 180 gsm. Alternative fabrics include 100% combed cotton for a less compressive fit and bamboo viscose-spandex for a softer hand-feel.

Brands can customize: inseam length (mid-thigh or short), rise (mid or regular), fabric weight (160-200 gsm), elastic width and color, fly type (functional or no-fly), waistband style (exposed elastic or covered fold-over), label and packaging. The MOQ is Typically from 1,000 pcs per style and color, with mixed sizes available on stock-fabric programs. Custom color matching and custom fabric development are quoted separately.
