About Nuohua Garment
Nuohua Garment is a kidswear OEM/ODM manufacturer established in 2016, specializing in children’s underwear, sleepwear, baby apparel and private label production. We work with brands, retailers and growing businesses to turn product ideas into commercially ready collections.
From the first product concept and tech pack review to sampling, bulk production and final shipment, our team works closely with buyers to build reliable and scalable kidswear collections.
Who We Are
Founded in 2016, Nuohua Garment began with a focus on children’s underwear and has grown into a full-service kidswear OEM/ODM manufacturing partner. Today, we support brands and retailers across 30+ countries with product development, sourcing, production, quality control and export support.
Our 8,000+ m² production base operates more than 500 specialized machines and a hanging production system, with a monthly output of around 1,000,000 pieces. A 6-stage quality control process keeps our defective rate under 0.3% across every order.

Safety & Compliance
We develop children’s apparel with applicable safety and compliance requirements in mind, including GB 31701 Class A requirements and US CPSIA/CPC requirements for relevant markets. Third-party testing can be arranged through qualified laboratories such as SGS, TÜV SÜD and Intertek.
Material Options
We offer a range of material options including organic cotton, bamboo viscose, Lenzing Modal, EcoCosy and recycled polyester, depending on product requirements and sourcing availability.

We work with brands at different stages of development, from emerging labels to established retailers. Flexible MOQ programs, OEM/ODM development and NNN agreements are available for qualified projects.

Quality & Compliance
Global Standards, Verified Quality & Safety
We review the applicable safety and testing requirements for your destination market before production and can arrange third-party testing where required. Our production quality and compliance are supported by leading global authorities, including SGS, TÜV SÜD, and Intertek. We adhere to Grade A Safety (GB 31701 Class A) requirements and support the CPC (Children’s Product Certificate) documentation for the US market. We are currently advancing our compliance further with OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification (In Progress) to ensure higher eco-textile standards for our global partners.
