No. A tech pack speeds everything up, but sketches, a reference sample, or even clear photos of a finished garment are enough to start. If you don’t have a tech pack, our development team can build one with you as part of the development process.

Yes. Send us the physical sample — we measure it, build a specification sheet from it and quote based on that. This is a common route for brands expanding from an existing best-seller.

Yes — that is the ODM route. Our development team assists with fabric selection, pattern development, sizing and construction before sampling, so you can start from a concept rather than a finished specification. See our OEM/ODM services page for how the two models compare.

• OEM — you provide the design and specification; we manufacture it.
• ODM — you start from our existing designs and we modify them to fit your brand.
• Private label — you select an existing or already-developed style and we manufacture it under your brand and packaging.

Many new brands start with private label or ODM on stock fabric — lower development cost, faster sampling, and MOQ From 2 pcs on selected in-stock styles, colors and sizes. Full OEM makes sense once your designs are proven and you want exclusive construction, fabrics or prints. Our private label page and custom development page explain both routes.

Yes, and many clients do. Because we keep your specs, fit data and print files from earlier orders, upgrading to exclusive styles, custom fabrics or custom colourways is a continuation — not a restart.

MOQ depends on the manufacturing route:

• Stock fabric + existing colours: From 2 pcs on selected in-stock styles, colors and sizes — styles and colours can be mixed within one order, and sizes can be mixed within the same style and colour.
• Custom dyeing (Pantone / lab-dip): quoted per fabric and colour — there is no single fixed number.
• Kids’ underwear: Typically from 1,000 pcs per style and color, with mixed sizes available for existing styles and existing print programs. Custom artwork, new prints, new fabrics or new constructions: MOQ is confirmed after reviewing fabric composition, GSM, yarn count, size range, artwork, print method, construction and other customization requirements.
• Baby apparel: Selected custom styles may start from 150–300 pcs per color. Fully customized baby apparel: MOQ is confirmed after reviewing fabric composition, GSM, yarn count, size range, artwork, print method, construction and other customization requirements.
• Kids’ sleepwear and pajamas: Typically from 1,000 sets per design. Final MOQ may depend on fabric, print method, size range and construction.

Yes. On stock-fabric programs, sizes can be mixed within the same style and colour. For existing kids’ underwear styles and print programs, mixed sizes are available within the typical 1,000 pcs per style and color.

Unit price depends on fabric composition and GSM, construction complexity, print method, order quantity and packaging. We quote per style after reviewing the specification, and we provide tiered pricing so you can see how the unit cost improves at higher volumes.

Standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T and 70% balance before shipment. For established long-term partners we offer L/C at sight and more flexible arrangements.

We manufacture children’s underwear (briefs, boxer briefs, training bras), sleepwear and homewear, baby apparel (bodysuits, rompers, sleepsuits), T-shirts and other children’s apparel. Each category has a dedicated page with available styles, fabrics and size ranges — start from kids clothing manufacturing or kids underwear manufacturing.

Combed cotton, cotton-spandex interlock, bamboo viscose, Lenzing Modal, EcoCosy®, organic cotton and thermal options — depending on the product, season and target market. Our in-stock interlock (91.9% Lenzing Modal / 8.1% spandex, 220–240 GSM) requires no setup fee.

Yes. You can specify composition, GSM and hand feel, or send us a physical fabric sample to match. Custom fabric development is a project-based route — see the MOQ section for how that affects minimums.

Yes — Pantone colour matching with lab dips, and custom prints (all-over or placement) developed from your artwork. We also hold 3,000+ existing prints you can select from, which keeps programs on the stock-fabric route.

Yes — woven, printed and heat-transfer labels; hang tags; individual polybags; belly bands and cartons; retail-ready packaging is also available. See private label production for the full branding scope.

Sample development typically takes around 10 days after style details are confirmed, depending on fabric availability and construction complexity. Custom development samples are quoted per style (typically US$80–150).

Yes — always. Bulk production starts only after your pre-production (PP) sample is approved, so the fit, fabric and construction are locked before cutting.

Lead time depends on product type, order quantity, fabric availability and approval speed. For standard OEM programs, first orders typically take 30±5 days after PP sample approval; repeat orders are usually faster because fabric and patterns are already set.

Yes — that is exactly what the stock-fabric route is for: From 2 pcs on selected in-stock styles, colors and sizes, with styles, colours and sizes mixable. Many brands validate a market this way before committing to a custom program.

Production runs through a six-stage QC process: incoming fabric inspection, in-line checks during sewing, final inspection, and 100% needle detection, with documented checkpoints throughout. Our long-run defect rate is under 0.3%.

AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) is a statistical sampling method used to decide whether a batch passes final inspection. We inspect to agreed AQL levels, and third-party inspection can be arranged before shipment if you prefer an independent check.

We work with SGS, TÜV SÜD and Intertek. Third-party testing can be arranged for your specific destination market and product category where required.

We review the applicable safety and testing requirements for your destination market before production. That includes GB 31701 Class A requirements, US CPSIA/CPC documentation for orders sold in the United States, and EU REACH-related requirements — with third-party testing arranged where required.

OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification is currently in progress and is not yet held — so we do not claim it. We can select fabrics and dyes to support your own certification requirements, and we are transparent about what is certified versus in progress.

Yes. Woven labels, printed labels and heat-transfer labels are all available, produced to your artwork and placement specification.

Yes — from simple bulk packing to retail-ready individual packaging: printed polybags, hang tags, belly bands and branded cartons. For pilot launches, many clients keep packaging simple and invest in the garment itself.

Non-disclosure, non-use and non-circumvention (NNN) agreements are available for confidential projects before you share tech packs or artwork.

You do. Artwork, prints and specifications you supply remain your property, and we do not reuse client designs without written permission.

We ship worldwide and currently serve brands and retailers across 30+ countries, including the US, UK, EU, Canada and Australia.

FOB, CIF, EXW and DDP to many destinations. Tell us your delivery port or address and we will quote both FOB and DDP so you can compare landed cost.

Yes — commercial invoice, packing list and certificates of origin where required, plus product compliance documentation (such as CPC) for the markets that need it.

Yes. Cartons can be labelled to FBA or 3PL requirements and shipped directly to the warehouse you nominate.
