Material & Construction

The body is a soft cotton knit — a smooth, flat single-knit surface chosen for decoration. An even face is what makes a blank sell: screen prints, DTG and heat transfers all need a stable, low-texture surface to hold a clean edge, and a knit this smooth also takes embroidery without the stitches sinking into the fabric.

The raglan cut is the structural signature — the sleeve seam runs diagonally from the underarm up to the neckline instead of straight across the shoulder, which is what creates the contrast panel and the easy, unisex drape. The ribbed crew neck is finished with a double-stitched band so the neckline holds through repeated wear, the long sleeves end in double-needle cuffs, and the bottom hem is double-needle stitched for a flat, even edge that resists curling.
