Material & Construction

The body is a 100% organic cotton knit. It has the soft, dry hand feel parents look for in a first-layer garment, breathing well enough for warm weather while still holding enough body to keep its shape on the hanger and after a wash. The knit is finished to resist pilling, so the surface stays even across a size run rather than going fuzzy at the sleeve and neckline where a T-shirt takes the most wear.

The neckline is a round O-neck closed with a ribbed neckband — a self-fabric band that stretches over the head and then returns to shape, rather than a bound edge that can pucker. Sleeves are short and finished with a straight, flat hem, and the body runs straight from the shoulder down to a clean single hem. The oversized cut is deliberate: it sits away from the body at the chest and shoulder, which is what makes the T-shirt work as a comfortable everyday basic in warm weather.
