Factory Overview
Nuohua Garment operates from an 8,000m² facility in Huizhou, Guangdong — the global center for children’s apparel manufacturing. Our production system connects 500 machines through 20 dedicated sewing lines, each supervised by line leaders and QC inspectors who check every 50th piece during production.
Every order follows the same 6-stage QC regardless of size: incoming fabric inspection, cutting QC, inline sewing checks, finished garment inspection, needle detection (MESUTRONIC), and final AQL 2.5 sampling per ISO 2859-1. Third-party verification through SGS, TÜV SÜD, or Intertek is available for all shipments.
For US-bound orders, third-party testing is conducted through a CPSC-accepted laboratory; the resulting test reports support the U.S. importer in issuing the Children’s Product Certificate (CPC), and we supply the production and composition documentation behind them.
